In this tutorial, we will show you how to turn off the Google Assistant.
Step 1. Open the ‘Google‘ app on your Android smartphone.
Step 2. Tap on the ‘More‘ option on the bottom right-hand side of the home page.
Step 3. On the next age, tap on the ‘Settings‘ option.
Step 4. In the Settings window, tap on the ‘Google Assistant‘ option.
Step 5. Scroll down the option and tap on the device name under the ‘Assistant Devices‘ tab.
Step 6. On the next screen, toggle the switch to the ‘Off‘ position.
The Google Assistant will now be turned off on your Android smartphone. This setting can be changed anytime and as many times as you feel necessary. The Google Assistant is built for your convenience and will work only at your convenience.
